I think more than ever I am craving being home and with my family. The last few days have been so long because i have been counting the hours until I can drive 2 hours northeast to my house.
I keep thinking about the amazing home cooked food I will be eating on Thursday. Of course turkey, but also, stuffing my Grandpa makes, stuffed mushrooms, cranberry sauce, corn, potatoes, and of course pumpkin pie.
Being away from home for a couple family get togethers has really made me miss them. When we have to go to the family gatherings, you feel forced sometimes, but now, I really can't wait to see everyone and be in that environment again. I haven't seen my whole family, minus my grandparents, since I left in August. I can't wait to be home for Thanksgiving.
