I took this picture when we were kayaking/ boating a couple of Father's Days ago. We went to this lake and there were millions of lily pads, as you can see. It was pretty hard to paddle and launch the boat because of all the lily pads. There were a ton on turtles and frogs all over the lake that day because of the swarms of lily pads that somehow magically appeared.
The best part of the day was when we launched the boat and we pulled the trailer out of the water, and the whole trailer looked like a swamp thing. There were lily pads and weeds and a ton of other things hanging off the trailer. It was so funny because we then had to clean it off before we put the boat back on it to go home.
