Mom

My Mom, Karen, is a very special person to me. She is always there for me whenever I need a friend. My Mom loves to bake and cook. Her baked goods, especially her cookies and cheesecakes, are amazing! One of her other hobbies is reading. She enjoys reading Nicholas Sparks, and other comedy or romance novels.

She was a stay at home mom when my sisters and I were growing up. My sisters are much older than I am, so my Mom and I became very close to one another over the years, especially when each of my sisters left for college.

She is one of four also. She, unlike me, is the oldest of her family. My parents married right out of high school. They were 18 and 20 years old. My parents have been married for 33 years, and counting.
